This report is the third in a series of three in which the world's top 40 producers of nonwovens are profiled. The report provides updated information and data about the activities, investments, marketing strategies, and product strategies of Dalian Ruiguang Nonwovens Group, Halyard Health, Jofo Group, KNH Enterprises, Mogul, Saudi German Nonwovens, Shalag Nonwovens, Tenowo, Toyobo, and Unitika. The report also provides data on the size of the nonwovens market and sales achieved by these ten smaller producers. Many of these producers are benefiting, or are set to benefit, from various investments. Halyard Health has invested in its nonwovens operations since it was spun off from Kimberly-Clark, Shalag Nonwovens has acquired Texsus, and Dalian Ruiguang has added three new production lines in China. KNH Enterprises has established operations at a new site in Taiwan and it has started up a high end melt blowing line, while Tenowo has repurposed US lines it was using for making nonwovens for automotive applications so it can produce nonwovens for medical applications in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, Mogul has started production on two new melt blowing lines, and Jofo has acquired an operation in China from PFNonwovens to address growing demand from its customers in the hygiene market and expand in the Chinese medical market.
